Does the package include a big screen to tell fans what's going on?

I’just trying to picture it on our wee slip of a scoreboard that has a tendency to freeze whenever it has to update too quickly. “VAR checking possible penalty” showing up then getting stuck like that for about 15 minutes before finally showing “Decision No Penalty” in letters that are impossible to read!

Passed..only one club (out of 42!!) apparently against. To be ready to go after the World Cup.

Given that Scotland has part-time refs, I think on balance it can be a good change. One would hope that the teething problems from the first season down south have been looked at, though. Two issues: 1) On offsides, I get cross when a stray knee/elbow etc is deemed to have been offside - it should be the mid-point of the torso, just like the 100 m sprinters in a Photo finish in the Olympics. 2) Give a little more leeway in these offside lines, eg if the difference is less than (say) 6 inches, then always advantage to the attackers - we want to see goals!
