    Reflections on Goodison Park game

Toughest 4-1 win you値l ever see!

On Sunday we blew them away in the first twenty minutes, today it was the last twenty.

First half we played a bit like at Villa. We weren't punished due to the quality of the opposition. Well done for hanging on in there.

Isak? Get the f00k outa here, man.

Yes, that run of his was insane and he will get better. Also like Willock when he runs down the wing and races toward goal and gets those crosses in, sublime.

Aye, a better team would have got a couple.

But...tonight showed we can win ugly. We handled their intensity and gradually wore them down.

We didn't play particularly well but still won 4-1. Mark of a good team.

Lovely to see Gordon smiling away at the end. Must have been tough for him to be treated the way he was by his own so we need to make sure we back him.

First 25 credit to Everton they pressed us high and did a great job giving us game. Then they ran out of steam. 28mins Wilson scores the first.

We had 2 players coming back to match fitness in Targett & Miggy. Both were clearly off the pace but was still a decent performance from both in general. Targett got skinned by Iwobi once but that was all. He's positioning will improve with more minutes.

2nd half we controlled the game as they continued to fade away.

It's not looking good for their survival

Once we got 2 up we started to take total control fantastic from Isak and a nice double for Wilson, Gordon looked very good with his little cameo at the end too, well done everyone tonight.

For Liverpool to catch us we need to have a major crash in form and they need to win all their games.
Ston will fight on Sunday but it値l be a major upset if we don稚 beat them.

Everton played a spoiling game in first half but we largely coped, second half we showed them how an attacking team works.

We were unlucky with the fifth goal,VAR went back to first phase to show Burn offside,I have seen them given.

Isaks run with the ball glued to his boot finished off the Everton crowd,I'm going to watch second half again today when I come back from pub.
