It was always going to happen. Massive gulf in class.

I thought we were dominant against Solihull, but that was something else tonight.

Big mistake was breaking up a promotion winning team. Should've concentrated on keeping that side together with a few additions. Too many new players

Normally I'd be dizzy with delight at Fword losing 6-0 but against Man City it's nothing out of the ordinary, I'd have been worried if they hadn't lost by at least 4.

Bournemouth home on Saturday, if the Cherries can get a draw there then I will be celebrating.

    Arrogant fkg fans.

    They deserved that.

    Spot the shirt tomorrow.

    Fk 'em.

They had too many players on loan to them last year that returned to their parent clubs.

90% of the signings they've made I've never ever heard of They were never ever going to get anything from City. At least we only lost 5-0 against Man City

Definitely. It seemed like they were buying a new player every day over the summer. All for multiple millions. Many of whom had never played in England before. That almost never works out.

Oh well. Whether they stay up or not will come down to whether they can beat teams like Bournemouth at home, not City away.

£130,000,000 wouldn't buy you either of Citeh's best 3 players which puts it in perspective somewhat.

Delighted Pep's boys did the business but agree a failure to beat struggling Bmuff is far more important

It does, but after spending that amount of money you'd at least hope to be competitive even with the best. If it does go tits up for them this season, the huge parachute payments will be swallowed up by financing big contracts for players who don't want to play at the second level.
