Some give up more of their time than others but there’s always a few players who do fantastic stuff through the community trust

I wonder how much it costs to have a community team at the club?

Seems to be a fair number employed doing it.

I assume there is grant money etc but does it cover all of the wages etc for the team to operate?

They're funded by the EFL Trust who also distribute funding from the Premier League and PFA to each club.

I think the Community part of each club is also a charity.
