Derby County - v - Leeds United ***Matchday Thread***

Derby midfielder George Thorne will return to contention for the home game against Leeds.

Thorne missed the recent defeat at Sheffield Wednesday due to a back problem, but has returned to training and will be included in the squad.

Boss Gary Rowett has no new injury or suspension problems, while goalkeeper Jonathan Mitchell is back in training after recovering from a broken finger.

Striker Sam Winnall (knee) and midfielder Jamie Hanson (groin) both remain sidelined.

Leeds will be boosted by the return of three players as Samuel Saiz, Gaetano Berardi and Liam Cooper have all served their suspensions.

Midfielder Saiz has completed a six-game ban, while defenders Berardi and Cooper have missed the last two and four matches respectively.

January signing Tyler Roberts has yet to make his debut for the club and remains sidelined due to a shin injury.
Luke Ayling is still recovering from ankle surgery and fellow defender Conor Shaughnessy is out with a similar problem.

    1 - 2 Leeds win.

    MOT.
