I'm teetotal now, but all my old drinking now drink lager. In the old days I used to drink Hansons or Bank's mild,our group was split 60/40 in favour of Bank's bitter. Away games up north used drink Bitter, games down south Guinness. Never liked Lager, to me it was a women's drink with lime. Hated the booze in Spain.
Was it media driven the switch or just fashionable.
