Injuries permitting,I think the team against Spuds will look something like this...
Adrian
Jenkinson
Collins
Tomkins
Cresswell
Downing
Noble
Kouyate
Nolan
Jarvis
Crouch, who I'm convinced we'll sign.
No Reid because I think he'll be sold.
Subs
Jussi
Poyet
Diame
O'Brien
Valencia (lack of match fitness)
Demel
Zarate (Sam didn't want him in the first place)
No back-up centre backs. Kouyate can play there if there's an injury but I believe we'll get someone on loan before the end of the window. Is Roger sober ?
In light of recent events, The Fat Tw4t's promise of a more flowing game, and our significant forays into the transfer market seeking creativity and fluid football, I have had to swallow my pride and re-jig my starting 11.Originally Posted by frogiron

That big lump who we sacked once then got back - you know, the nice lad who tries hard but slips and falls over like he's trying to play with his feet in a couple of mackerel.
Big Bloke.
I would like to think that Leo Chambers is pencilled in as a back up CD. That may be wishful thinking but the kid has got what it takes imo.Originally Posted by palerider

This - with Zarate behind Valencia.Originally Posted by Hammerman69

don't talk to me like we are on the same page, woking. your comments about wrestling being fake cut me very deeply, and i will never, ever forgive you for it.
(sh!t, i'm starting to sound like herbie!)
seriously, i'm not in the know enough to know which new players are 'sam's buys' from those that are 'the daves buys'. i do know that the owners have had more of a say with transfers this time around, and for this reason i'm not convinced too many of them will get game time initially. big sam is arrogant enough to try and prove a point in this regard.
