    FAO Mr.D

I know today was the funeral of Joseph Thompson. Out of interest, was the wake held at the Pensnett Social Welfare Club? I went past there at 4.45pm on the bus and saw it packed to the rafters, looking inside many were wearing Wolves shirts.

Credit to Wolves and in particular Kenny Jackett and Jez Moxey for attending the funeral.

    RIP Joseph Thompson.

Yes Gav, myself and Trace attended Joes funeral today. It was a beautiful tribute by the family and terrific turnout by the wolves fans. Even as they left the house the street was lined by wolves fans. The service was lovely and 12 white doves were released one for each player and reserve. Pensnett welfare was packed to the rafters, fitting tribute to a lovely lad...

I'm glad Joseph got the send off he deserved and thanks for the above reply.

One anecdote that made everybody laugh was

Joe and his dad Jas were shopping in Merry Hill, when Joe decides he want a sausage roll. Whilst Jas was paying for the roll Joe rides off. A couple of minutes later Jas feels a tap on the shoulder and turns round to find a Copper behind him. The officer then asks if the young lad in the wheelchair ramming the Albion club shop window is his son? Jas replied "thats my boy"
