Man management, Warnock is the king of it!
Halford appears to be a tough bloke to manage, could never understand what problems Evans and Redfearn had with Wood though!
two integral members of the team for the past few games-Halford and Wood-were not good enough before N.W. came.
How CAN this be?.

NW = Mr Motivator
Greg Halford does not all of a sudden become a bad player,he as played at a very good level all his career,and as commanded a couple of big transfer moves,with one thing or another his head must have been totally mixed up,he was our marquee signing,but with all the rubbish that was going on i questioned him myself,however he looks to have got his head down,and as we all have seen,in the past few games we are a better team with him in the side than without him.
NR seemed to be drawn in by Eric Blacks opinion of Halford and the Twitter rants rather than working it out for himself.
SE seemed to dismiss Halford based upon his defensive showings rather than trying him in midfield
Terrible management by the both of them and wasting TS's money whilst they were doing it.
...and Halford was dire in those MK and Fulham home defeats. As for Wood can't explain why he wasn't given a chance

How NW has galvanised the squad has been amazing.
I never rated or trusted Richardson. He has played really well since NW arrived and been part of a much more solid looking back line along with Wood, who as already mentioned, was never given a run of games, but looks a solid tough performer.
Halford looks a different player, quite classy and calm. Maybe he thought he was a billy big b*llocks coming to little Rovrum, but he will play every game now unless something drastic happens.
