I prefer big Keiths style....
Just read a story in an online newspaper about the most awkward and difficult to answer interview question:
"So, what would you say is your biggest weakness?"
Easy answer ...
"My Diversity and Inclusion skills"
Just watch the colour drain from your interviewer's face ....
I prefer big Keiths style....
I've not had an interview in years and Im not well versed in these questions at all.
I'd probably say 'Chocolate buttons'.
Sweetness
In an interview...
"So what do you consider to be your weak point?"
"My honesty".
"I don't think honesty's a weakness".
"I don't give a fuuck what you think".

A little off topic but I had a job interview 25 years ago. I was told before going in to be really positive and enthusiastic.
Interview I thought was going well until the HR woman asked me how I would react if I was working with a cynical person. Now, at the time, I thought a cynical person was someone who needed all the facts before making a decision. (English department at Hazelhead Academy has a lot to answer for.) Wanting to sound positive I said that you needed lots of cynical people in the workplace. I still remember the look of utter bemusement on the HR woman's face.
In every interview i have had i have said as my weakness, i dont tolerate bad organisation very well. Usually goes down well after a wee bit of elaboration
My biggest weakness is that I cannot stand being asked stupid dumbass questions.
"My bladder.......under pressure..........do you have a cloth?"
