I’d be interested as to who Anthony O’Connor thinks he’ll end up exactly.

No loss most overated player at the club. Runs a lot but achieves little.

To be fair to Ball, when he came on we did finally get a grip of the midfield and start to play some football - the Rangers were cruising in there all night up to that point.

For the ten minutes before he came on, in particular, we were all over the place with Rangers picking up second balls without any of our players being anywhere near them. The shape of the team completely fell apart when McGinn came on for whatever reason.

Broadly speaking though this game illustrated what happens when you try and play possession football with defenders who can't pass the ball. They were pressing us constantly and we couldn't deal with it which ended up with us either giving it away or punting it forward on a regular basis.

Tactics were too easy for the huns - hit the ball passed Considine, cross it in to the box. Repeat until a goal is scored.

We can't keep the ball, we were nervous and feart. Pretty embarrassing to be honest. Same old story of when the pressure is off and the game is out of reach we get a decent performance. Too little, too late.

I though McLean and McGinn were good, McKenna to to be fair. I like the boy Ball but OneBrianIrvines gif a few pages back was even better.
