its gone ****e because fans can post on other forums on social media now , they also realise that the band of happy clappers that used to infest this forum, have disappeared in their droves , because reeling out the same, lets be positive claptrap, does not really wash anymore . when this clubs position as not altered in many a long year .

its akin to been on the titanic , and saying dont worry lads the carpathia, will be along any minute , while they have been freezing their knackers off in the atlantic for a couple of hours . lol

No, it's cos it's now full of miserable tw@ts who just rant all the time and bicker between each other, taking over every thread which always resorts back to the same topic.

Back in the day, there was genuine banter which made it more like a chat with your mates down the pub, and some of us would actually meet up at games and stuff, but there was always a mix of happy clappers, die hard haters of everything, and all in between. Now it's generally just people slating everything and everyone. It's like playing in a sh1t football team with loads of people who take it far too seriously. Absolutely no fun so what's the point in staying?!

well maybe they have all gone down the pub then , to drown their sorrows lol , because the few realists that were on here spirewhite, rosey, lufc 63, cheesewedge, etc and a few more,, were always shot down in flames by the vast majority . nothing needs to be said anymore does it , because the state this club is in now speaks volumes . there is a saying he who laughs last , laughs longest, very apt in this case indeed.

Nothing to do with their viewpoints,... just they were all, to a man, repetitive, boring c*nts who said the same thing over & over with little diversity or even a hint of positivity in the slightest even when things were going right. All a bit pathetic... perhaps they should have started their own forum to drone on at each other.

Anyway, don't really give a t0ss, just saying it how it is compared to how it used to be, and you are welcome to the place.

they were realists, and you lot lived in cloud cuckoo land lol , of course they said the same thing over and over again , because it was the truth, and you lot refused to believe it, because you lot thought you was right . because they was more of you .

but now they have proved you wrong , you all run off like rats deserting a sinking ship lol

its ok been positive, when there is something to be positive about, but there never was. lol

when exactly were things going right by the way ? lol

I have no major problem with people with negative views and people calling the owners and staff into question. Likewise, I have no major problem with positive posters.

So lets look at what each side wants short term.

People are saying Radrizzani isn't the owner to take us forward because he hasn't spent on the squad. So people already want a new owner. So, the next owner whoever that may be needs to spend big and get us promoted within their first season in charge or the fans will turn on them.

The flip side of this coin is that people are happy with the owner and believe he has spent money this season on both squad and infrastructure. These people are probably looking for a more stable club to build from, whilst teams with lesser pedigree get promoted and we are barely treading water.

The last 14 years, there have been a damn sight more negative things than positive things. Dodgy owners, Bad managerial appointments, Poor player recruitment/replacement to name just three.
Positives, promotion from League One, (which seems a lifetime away), our academy and obviously the repurchasing of ER (in my opinion).

So where do we go from here?
How do we get a new owner that is loaded with cash that is willing to invest in a one shot at promotion season or the fans will turn on you because of past owners that have fleeced this club? There lies a problem within itself, any new owner is going to be judged on the past. Likewise, invest into the infrastructure then you are trying to line your own pockets and fleece the fans.

This seems the major debate on here when things are debated, whether we can get that wealthy Sugar Daddy or not to replace our current owner.

What we need to debate is what we can do with the present owner and not pin our hopes on aforementioned Sugar Daddy because I just can't see one of those coming in because as a club we haven't had much in the last 14 years except a name and now a ground.

Are we going to hope for a new rich owner with our fingers crossed? Because in my eyes that is also living in cloud cuckoo land.

football is awash with money nowadays fred , why this club cannot attract an owner with significantly more funds, than what we previously have had, not necessarily a sugar daddy, beggars belief . its the type of owners we continue to attract which is the problem , and why we have stagnated for so many years . this club is a potential goldmine with the right amount of investment , easily the biggest club outside of the premier league , with one of the biggest fanbases in the country.

the fact you class promotion from league 1 as an highlight in the last four**** years , really does say it all . a league we should never have been in , in the first place . we are getting owners that know what needs to be done , but either do not have the money like gfh , or do not want to spend it like this guy . they are merely here for their own benefit, to make a profit before selling up once again. in the meantime the years are rolling by , and the gap between the premier league and championship grows ever wider.

we wont go up with the same policies , that every owner we have had here since 2004 have tried , this team needs a radical overhaul which will cost millions far more than radrizaani is prepared to spend. the priority should be the team, not the ground or infrastructure. the fans want to see a successful side again , get them back in the premier league and the money that would come in from promotion , would buy the ground back, and sort all the other financial problems out in one fell swoop.

Shame to see you taking the sabbatical BB. The seasons dead but lets see if AR is still willing to invest as he did last summer and get rid of the donkey sat in the dugout.

I can understand the logic of leaving those hell bent on developing hairy palms and going blind until end of season. Always begs the question.... Why some would derive such self pleasure from their club underachieving? Is it their club really at all? Doubt it
