First job with the new coach is to clear away the negativity as demonstrated by Hedges comments , it's gone lad , nowts going to change so put it behind you and look forward .

The new coach needs to come in and put sessions on in pre season that the players buy in to , make it enjoyable and bind the squad together .

To tell the truth and I've given it much thought it doesn't matter what we as fans think about the credentials of the new coach because it's the players who have to believe in him when all is said and done .

As much as the recruitment was flawed at championship level we do have a very good nucleus at league one level , once the confidence is returned with a coach they can believe in then there's enough talent at this level to have a very good season .

It's very rare in football to get a second chance but because the group is young and possibly miss managed to a certain extent doesn't mean they can't fulfill the potential that the club thought they had , even if a took a step back to bring it out .

Looking at league one and the teams who were eventually successful we have more than enough to do very well in my opinion .

The only thing that will put a spanner in the works is an absolute nut jack such as the previous coach .

All we need is a guy who the players respect and enjoy working for and the talent should do the rest , which is what Hecky brought early on in his tenure .

Optimistic , which is something I'm not always known for .
