O'Connor lives just outside Lincoln so it's a home move for him.

I hope he gets a proper Meadow Lane reception next season, i.e. opposite to what Shehan got...

Yes, no comparison. Sheehan was great for us.
O'Connor going means we need a new CM, whatever formation KN has in mind.

He'll get booed – don't see why not.

His career continues on the downward slope it's been since he left Vale for us – let's be honest – but fair play if he's been offered the security of a longer contract.

    .
That's what me and JT are saying.
Actually, I think he'll get worse than that - no reaction at all.
Apart from being part of our record 10 defeats, he didn't make much of an impression here really.

I thought he was as average as Milsom, unimpressive and no goals to speak of. Not a bad player by any means but not worth whatever extra he thinks he's worth. If it drags on much longer Nolan should tell him to take it or on yer bike, and offer him some bike clips.

If he stayed fit then he would have been our best midfielder so he will be a loss. I'd imagine he was offered a fairly low deal as he's a bit of a gamble after his layoff so has looked elsewhere.

    As in a recent post
    Don’t want the contract offered
    See ya
    There’s the door
If he goes to Lincoln then I won’t be to worried about notts facing him next season
