Thanks for thinking about me Lloyd, it made wonderful reading.
This is one of the few heritage lines I have yet to get to Phil. I made the North Yorkshire Railway on my most recent visit around three weeks ago. I intended to ride on the Llangollen steam railway but I missed Llangollen somehow and ended up in Barmouth, so I drove up the coast to Caernarvon to ride on the West Highland Railway but it was the only day of the week it was closed!
Beautiful drive up the coast road though, perfect weather and the best view of Snowdonia I have ever had.
