In an assault case someone has to make a complaint, because no-one did the CPS charged the accused with "Affray". It astonished me that Hales was clearly visible being involved in the affray, but the Judge dismissed him. No wonder the Members of the Jury could not reach a guilty verdict. Bonkers!
