Next up. On course to smash the record of books in a trip.
One of my favourites when I was a kid. Good old Jerry the King Lawler

This should be good
Damien Lewis is a cracking writer
The Colour of Time. Black & white photos given a dash of colour with the history of the pic to accompany it. Fantastic bog book
Here’s an example. This photo of all round American hero Lewis Powell, was taken in 1865
Haven't read the book but I did see the images a few years ago. Very impressive.
I bought a book in NY years ago of crime scene photographs from the early 1900s. Lost it moving house. Brilliant images.
I also lost another great book by a photography student in the 70s that went all over Britain taking pictures of the shop fronts of independent stores and their staff and owners. Then revisiting them modern day to find that only about one shop still exists.
Good book for any Motorhead fan
Basically Mick Wall did an interview with Lemmy and recorded it. He decided to turn it into a book after he died. Very in depth and very good
Used to read a lot but don't anymore.
I blame iPads and fitba websites.
I prefer re-reading stuff anyway so although I have this in paperback and hardback I just downloaded " The Song of Troy" by Colleen McCulloch.
Wonderful stuff
