The signing & succession policy and scouting network at the club is woeful, that is why the team is full of crocks.
Still I'm sure it will all come good....

No he wouldn't, unless it was embarrassingly bad, even then a shrug of the shoulders would suffice. I would like him to make DM accountable for his signings. Nothing is a shock with the fitness or mentality of the players brought in. It's not nearly good enough. Unfortunately, we'll have another 5 months or so before the divorce papers. It's inevitable.
To DM, I expect him dunted early in the new year. It's not going to get any better. Just my view. You and many others may be happy with DM, I think he is done.
No way McInnes will get punted. He's not really the problem anyway, is he?
To get rid of him with no replacement was utter stupidity.
Cosgrove & May won’t get double figures between them, which is unacceptable.
McInnes has spent £600k on Forrester & May. Ineptitude.
He’s signed Hoban & Wilson, both injury prone.
If we got £7m for McKenna in January & DM was given £1m of it, god knows what sh1te he’d bring in.
We’re horrific to watch.
If the opposition score, invariably the best we’ll get is a draw.
I’d give DM the season probably but if, as is very likely, we finish out with the top 4, I’d be looking to say thank you & goodbye..
But... Milne wont, no chance.
And as I’ve said, Milne would likely look to someone like Derek Adams, who’d be no better, possibly worse.

McInnes shouldn’t be handed a free reign because Milne would potentially pick a dud to replace him with. Was it not Craig Brown who recommended McInnes to Milne?
McInnes has let the club down by not recruiting the correct players to help us progress. He alone should be judged on our match day results as he picks the team, formations and tactics. He is failing badly this season as we are certainly deteriorating.
