    sorry folks but albertz is actually right here. The original cup is only brought out of the museum once a year to be cleaned and handed to the winners on cup final day before being returned to the museum after the presentation. A second one was made which is almost identical to the original and this is the one the winners keep for the year and is used for promotional purposes.
    The reason for a second being made was that there was no more room on the original to engrave the winners name.
    Someone once told me that rangers name is not on the original as the second one was made before rangers first won the cup, but I don't know what truth is in that.
    If you ever do the Hampden tour then the original is displayed along with a copy of the first European cup that Fergie won with man utd. Fantastic way to spend a few hours and great value for money.
