FFS just because he doesn't play 2-3-5 when his 2 best wingers and best player are missing mean he isn't try and win the game ? Have you heard of the word pragmatism? You obviously want a gung no manager. Well done you. Look at how many games McInnes has won for us. He genera!ly doesn't play an attractive attacking style but his record compares well with our other previous managers and I am not speaking about McGhee and Paterson but successful ones.

I would put forward Paul Sheerin...he was the one who took over at 3-0 today when McInnes got punted upto the stand. His 9 men never conceded another goal.
