Oh how I wish they were my team, I've said I'm not a supporter now I don't go (accies hospo is free) but I'm a fan with a bit to say yet.

You think Nelms would change and start communicating with fans after relegation? I'd imagine the biggest fan gripe in the Championship would be PATG prices, you think he'd drop it? I can actually see him charging £30 if there were derbies next season. And with McIntyre still the manager, you can forget about building anything, it'll be a team of his mates.

He won’t drop prices as season tickets are already sold, relegation means we will pay more to watch our team as there is one less game

If we are relegated then I'd be amazed if there wasn't a major effort to address the fact that those who have already bought ST's did so on the assumption that they were buying for SPFL fixtures.

He isn't stupid and anyone can imagine the fans forums being the focus of revolt and boycotts until something is done re compensation. An ST boycott because of pricing is the only pressure point that fans have. It's like voting. Once you actually vote the politicians ignore you but before you vote they are absolutely your best friend.

I think he would have to or he would be out of a job.

Deeranged has been consistent in his assertion (and he's dealt with him) that they don't care about the fans.

Whether we have 6000 fans watching us in the spl or 2000 in the fizzy I don't think is that relevant to them.

I'm still getting told season tic sales are "horrific" but there's no panic from Nelms that I can see.

It's all about the stadium development that will more than likely not happen.

Losing around 50% of our regular support won't necessarily hurt us in the next year or two but will when the yanks have gone.

There's a scenario next season where we will have a lower home support than half the teams in the championship....unthinkable even 18 months ago.

Plenty scope to drop PATG down to £20 as season ticket holders who take an early-bird price will be paying around £17/£18 a game although most will miss games, so less of a bargain but that's the way it always works. One less home game but more home wins, has to be better than this season

Anyone buying/renewing thinking Dundee are definitely playing in the big league next season needs to have a word with themselves. Folk buying now will simply be supporting the club regardless of the league for next season.

Have to what? He's going nowhere regardless of what happens.
