Maybe if you’d employed the aggressive, pressing tactics from the outset we’d all be praising you.

Sadly the first 35 minutes were a “bend over & take it up the rear end” approach.

I'm as critical as anyone - but to be fair last night he did change the formation & structure that clearly wasnt working pushing Gallacher higher up with Cosgrove and moving Leigh to the left - and it worked.

The big question is - and always has been - why he didnt start this game (& plenty others previously) in a similar fashion & have a much more aggressive pressing game right from the start?

I really just dont understand why he thinks this passive sitting off approach will work as it never has....

I think Considine (#Legend) will not make this weekends game, meaning Leigh into LB.
The team played well yesterday in the 2nd half, so it would be interesting to see how this formation may look.

McInnes is the ultimate sh1tebag, the fact he tries to claim some kind of victory for getting a draw at home against sevco just shows his ambition.

To be fair, as fans, that is all we ask for. Put the same passion out on the pitch as we do on the terraces. Getting beat is acceptable but disappointing. Giving up is not acceptable in the slightest.

Use the cash to pay off McInnes, replace McKenna & sign a winger & creative midfielder.
