Interesting to see how this is going to work out for them, i take it its a 8000 seater similar to St Mirren?
Word is its going to take a year to complete. 6000 max I reckon.

My Dens Park mole has informed me that season ticket holders at the new stadium will be offered the BOGOF for the matches and funerals at the crematorium.

If, and it's a big if, their new stadium gets built, it's not actually theirs. DFC own zero shares in the company that is hoping to build it. They would be tenants. And if their gate revenue didn't cover the rent it's the bailiffs all over again.

Our debt according to Funsters in the know is a staggering 6.5 million,we must take this figure on board as FACT,they of course are debt free because their Americans have turned all their debt into shares. Our owner owns Tannadice,Gussie Park and Lawrence Shankland whereas the Texans own land east of Campy,McGowan and Jordon Forster.
Why cant you all see there is only one team in Dundee?.
