    Shows the benefits that the extended family set up at RUFC can bring.

    Back in the 70s one of my classmates from school topped himself, I didn't understand it then, I don't understand it now. No warnings, no indicators, no cries for help, he just did it.

    Someone I played football in the early 90s did the same. No one has any idea why to this day.

    Maybe the "Warne way " is the right way.
    Treating people with respect might catch on, maybe.

    I hope so, but there is a limit. Players are employees of the club and as such are contracted to turn up for work. Absence should only be under exceptional circumstances.
