Rotherham’s Best and Worst loan player

Just watched the Europa League game between Rangers and Borussia Dortmund and the performance from James Tavanier was exceptional. His performances in a millers shirt were mostly a joy to watch. The game against Preston in the 2nd play off semi final at NYS was a pleasure to behold..he was unplayable at times. Another gem was Noah Dicko who’s memorable game against Wolves prompted them to manufacture a move for the in form striker. Worst loan singing.. there are too many to choose from so I’ll open that one up to floor.

That’s easy worst, HIRST. We have had some very good goalkeepers on loan.Who ever sanctioned Hirsts loan didn’t look at his stats, very poor from us.

Scott Allan pissed me off to the max for his laziness
    Reg is good
We’ve had some good keepers then there was Roos 😂

Agree about Tavernier. I'd also add Keiffer Moore to the list for potentially our best loan signing. Carl Robinson under Ronnie was a great one as well.

As for worst, we've had plenty. How many players did Evans sign on loan who hardly played and then were never seen again?

Mark Randall for me, lotsa promise from Arsenal when we were I think in League Two but massively disappointing - shows how well Dan Barlaser has done well as Randall was a similar type of player on paper but Dan’s got such a great all round game for his position with us now.

Martinez brilliant keeper. Has to be Hirst by a country mile one I think Warne wish he hadn’t signed.

Who was the lad from Liverpool that was touted as the next Michael Owen.

He scuffed a shot from the half way like and I never saw him again.

    Morgan maybe?
