UK based loan players seems the most likely.
The problem will be persuading them to come to the nys
Obtaining a work permit is now massively difficult when clubs of our size are looking to recruit from the EU .

There's a points system in place , so many for under 21 honours etc etc .

We were a club who did a tremendous amount of business within the EU but not anymore .

The thing I find most frustrating is that MT publicly admits that he hasn’t got the players to play the way he wants yet he persists in trying to do so.

The reason we survived under Warnock was he was experienced enough to identify the players strengths and play to them.

MT needs to adapt and play a different way until he is able to sign players that can play to his style.

That’s the difference between an experienced and inexperienced manager.

Need to go back to that old word - incremental.

We had a system. Players knew what they were doing and it was working.

You need to tweak, make changes so you aren't predicatable but MT has changed formation several times. He's played different people in those formations (sometimes forced sometimes not). He's been let down by some glaring errors but also he's tried to completely change the style of play at the same time. That's why i think we look disinterested and there is a lack of confidence. No one seems to be sure what they are doing or why.

MT sounds like a drowning man in an upturned boat trying to find the elusive air pocket.........running out of explanations..........He'll need some more in the next 6/7 matches.....

    ......a doomed man.

    Failed??

We haven't had so many internationals.

    Crooks chio viking baarslaar.

It's amazing how people working with 1 arm behind there back are been held responsible instead off the reason there having to work like that.

    Tony Stewart

    Reality check

We are supposed to be relegated this season anything else deserves the freedom off the town.

Interesting that no one has mentioned the team 'bonding' trip. Perhaps it had the opposite effect to that anticipated? Surely even the most die-hard Warney haters have to admit that since then morale appears to have gone down the pan.
