And so we find ourselves meandering into 2023. I (obviously) can't speak for anyone else, but it seems as if the years are just flying by these days. Probably Einstein's fault.

Our weekly geniuses were Dalek (OEOO) and Hopey (OEOO); both scored something from every game, including the exact scoreline in Devon to collect 15 points and, presumably, a free cream tea. I've no idea about the state of their hair. Do Daleks even have hair?

Belper (OxOO), MORRIM (OxEx), Orgoner (OxOO), Ozwhites (xEOx), Silentman (OxEx), Sniffer (OxEx) and Tichi (OxEx) scored nine points. Adequate in the circumstances. Much like Leeds' result at Newcastle?

Nasty's lead has extended to 18 points over the second spot, which is shared by Silentman and Stompy, with Orgoner and Ozwhites an additional three points further behind.

There was one draw, so Johnny_Default is now on 33 points. Any Strike 1 (Stompy), Strike 2 (Alf) or Strike 3 posters scored three, two or one for their total lack of effort.

The results

(PL) Wolves v Man U (0-1)
(C) Coventry v Bristol City (1-1)
(L1) Plymouth v MK Dons (3-1)
(L2) Bradford v Salford (3-2)

The next fixtures are out as a separate thread.

All the best! Stay safe!
