I would say the decision of the UK Government to block the bill is seperate to the gender bill itself.
The reason for blocking it makes no sense in that many rules adopted up here since the creation of the Parliament have been at odds with the rest of the UK.
It will just fuel the argument for independence, especially amongst our youth.
I do have a sneaky suspicion that the Tories would love to get rid of us.
