    Mary Berry (sugar tax), Michael Portillo (political column in a newspaper), Nadia what's her name off bake off (the bombing of Syria) Hugh double barreled that does the country cooking show (Green Party activist), Karen Brady (menopause, protected charactaristic.......or not)......... for starters.

    All have spoken publicly on political issues, not sure if any of them ever got suspended.....don't remember reading about it.

    You'll notice some are reactionary, some are pinko, tree huggers.

    Maybe they were suspended and I missed it.

    Maybe they have less twitter followers.

    Which ones of the above have occurred since the current bbc chairman has been in place ?

    I'm saying Lineker does not appear to have enjoyed the same treatment as other BBC wage earners.

    Its weird how certain people find pejorative connotations in the most innocuous of words.
    "Humanitarian" and "social justice" are two that immediately spring to mind.
