    That is why I think our owners are being very canny with how things are being done but to keep up with this we need to maintain our run in league/europe etc.

    Which I think we will under Eddie to be fair.

    We'll have to wait and see how much our deal is next year. Our sponsorship deal with SELA has come in at about 70-80% of the top top earners which is acceptable for a club now in the UCL with our kind of profile.

    I expect our new kit deal to come in around about the same % - not on par with the fraud 6 but annoyingly (for them) just under by about £5million.

    Once we are cemented in the top 4 competing in the UCL 4-5yrs in a row we'll then be able to dictate the prices and claim top dollar.

    Just a bottle neck right now due to the utter shambles our previous owner made of our the commercial side of the business. Had we had an owner who had kept us in and around the UCL places, genuinely grown the commercial revenue of the business in line with a club like Spurs we'd be in a much more flexible situation however as it is we ain't so we can't.
