    Cost of VAR

    https://sportsbyte.sunderland.ac.uk/...ish%20football.

The cost of using VAR will be covered by all Premiership clubs and is reported to be within the region of £1.2m a year.

That’s an excerpt from the complete article linked. 10 referees needed at the game, and the installation of the system. Biggest waste of money I ever heard of. Scottish teams and lower level don’t have because they can’t afford. EPL just paying stupid money for mistake making muppets.

    VAR does not work wmd.

The hopeless Rob Jones asked Sander Berge post Forest match if he handled the ball?

BBC pundit, Michael Stewart was was left seriously unhappy with the VAR officials as he took to a social media channel last night.

The BBC pundit raged, “Embarrassing from the officials. What’s the point in VAR if you can’t recognise that’s the wrong decision.”

Exactly Michael, just what is the point of VAR?

There were 2 issues with our VAR mistake. Firstly that the ref Robert Jones was summoned to the monitor to check what was thought to be a clear and obvious mistake, he had missed a deliberate handball, then secondly that he didn't review it properly, just accepted he had made a mistake and that's piss poor on his part. Should be overruling the VAR.

Comments from Steve Cooper about the penalty decision where Rashford dived to 'earn' a pen, subsequently leading to the formal complaint made by Forest against Jones:
'I am not going to talk too much as I don't want to get into trouble but I was surprised how quickly the decisions were made.'
Seems Jones doesn't either care or understand the importance of getting it right, or both. PGMOL need to sort themselves out or they're going to be in lots of lather.
