That said, his personality shift from happy go lucky / funny / jovial (when doing well) to bitter whinging cnut when not doing so well was the big shift for me.

Used to like him even as another teams manager, until he spoilt his own image… got to be somewhat graceful in defeat and him and Arteta have never managed to do that.
