Casper is o/k to my knowledge Avondalemiller, have not spoken to him over the last week or so.
I know he's booked in for hospitality for a game, at some point.

For one we don’t have artificial or indoor pitch which is quite standard at this level. They have to find one elsewhere in bad weather.

Put in for a grant from the FA, say it's for community use and refugees and disabled people and "marginalised groups" will be using it.

(And they can use it too obviously).

Wasn't Rotherham United using the pitch at Manvers college at one time.

This training ground farce has been going on for far too long.When Warnock was here he said we need much better facilities.We've had three different managers since, saying that Roundwood is grossly inadequate.For the last few weeks we've had to use the NYS.This is totally unacceptable and the disruption must take its toll on the playing staff.

Warne moved things on as much as he could, new buildings,etc,which made the facilities more "central".
Then Taylor blamed the pitches for all the injuries, think something was done about this,however this season we have had a record number of injuries !
I'm no expert but I would guess the major failing would be the lack of all weather training compared to most championship clubs.
This I would imagine will cost big,and we wouldn't do that when we are effectively renting the training ground.
