Our managers have often been accused of having no Plan B, especially in recent years PW and to some extent MT.
However, today I have watched 2 PL games where, with everything on the line, both Klopp and Arteta seemingly had no Plan B (or C) to win crucial home games against tricky opposition. For example, both teams when behind were still persisting with the endless passing of the ball from side to side, almost as if the 'completed pass' or 'possession' statistic is more important than the GF statistic. Bizarre!
So is Plan B a mythical entity lauded by the fans, one only reserved for the likes of Pep or something that you only really notice when it works?

CAM, watched them both too. I have never seen a goal attacked as much what Liverpool did to Palace. The football gods were certainly shining down on City today that's for sure.
As for A.rsenal, you've simply got to admire Villa as they were resolute in defence and exceptionally clever on the break/attack. They've lauded over the Watkins goal but it did take a wicked deflection off Smith-Rowe that lifted it high over Raya. Credit where it's due though and all City have to do now is well, just be City and win win win.
Plan B? City don't need one.
With Liverpool & Arsenal both losing at home, have they gifted the title to Manchester City.
Leeds, Leicester and Ipswich, now Liverpool and Arsenal (again) seem to be bottling it.
What happens to league leaders at this point in a season - just nerves?
