All to play for on Thursday, but Rutter as CF, laughable. Again shooting from decent areas was zero, always one pass, one cross or attempted fancy flick too many. Keeper wise, this seemingly last second pass sidewards with opposition about 6ft away, will end in disaster soon.

Bad planning on my part, but my outdoor game here was at 8am EST, so I was only able to watch the game (in its entirety!) later in the morning and, remarkably, I managed to avoid finding out the score beforehand.

I had a suspicion that it might be very cagey and, other than the penalty that wasn’t given (I’d like to know what VAR might’ve made of that), we didn’t overly threaten.

They didn’t either and seemed happy enough for the game to play out to 0-0. Strange tactic.

We could probably do with Sargent not recovering for the second leg, but we have to offer something up top or it could easily be another 0-0.

My game? We won 3-0 against a decent enough team from Massachusetts (my first clean sheet this season!).

Good to see James back. I thought he might’ve been done for the season.

He could be one to unlock their defence in the home game.

Dan James was really good and hope he starts next time.

Congrats on the result in goal too 😎.

Rutter was terrible so maybe he will be brave enough to put him on the bench.
