I’m wondering whether this was all down to entitlement in that irrespective of the death of a pedestrian he could just makes his own road rules up……or, is it down to that unfortunate cop type mentality at times in the USA when they can’t wait to pull the gun and make something of pretty much nothing but a simple understanding?
