Glad someone else thinks that. Just goes to show how important perception is. People are not bullish about Maynard and Montague therefore everything that happens under them is by default bad.

Provided the person has the required (proven, not paper) skill set it doesn't matter one jot who/what they are.

Notts' head of goalkeeping has left the club. He did a thoroughly brilliant job while at the club, most noticeably playing a pivotal role in John Bostock's goal at Wembley.

I'll certainly miss seeing him run down the touchline to rant at the linesman.

Football is a revolving industry. Individuals move on for all sorts of reasons. It doesn’t have to be a conspiracy every time.

What we need is the view of Ncfcog (haven't noticed him around for a while).
He knows someone who knows TW quite well. Probably will be discrete though.

I was puzzled too, by several people apparently suggesting that if we get a better keeper in, we should 'promote' the inadequate one to be his coach?
