I'm really glad you posted that, Frog. I was beginning to think I hadn't made myself very clear - I couldn't make head nor tail of the response from lbj. I was going to have a go at following up but in the end decided discretion was probably the better part of valour...I can imaging CT sat looking at his computer with a puzzled look on his face whilst reading the response from lbj. After reading the post 3 or 4 times trying to understand it he'll have put his head in his hands wondering why he bothered putting the questions to him.
