I wasn't surprised. I have faith in Derek and the squad.
The only people I would tell to GTF at Pittodrie would be like Scott Brown, Ryan Jack and quite a few referees etc.
Might just pop up to The Foundry for my free pint!
I just saw a few hundred guys traipsing up Pittodrie Street with "Derek, GTF" banners. They're now standing at the bus stop waiting for the Red Line No.1 to Garthdee. They're probably off to The Foundry for the free pint too!
Never mind, they'll be hoping they can get their banners out again on Sunday!

    Not just talking about Sunday.

We have all been saying we need a creative midfielder.

McGinn might be the one player in the squad that can play that role, probably score a few himself as well.

    I agree.
McGinn as a “10” would be best.
He scored about 20 as our main striker in his first season if I remember rightly.
Then McInnes changed him back to a winger when he came in.

I’d rather we saw Hernandez at right wing back as opposed to Logan.
He seems better suited to that role?
Logan will get the shirt on Sunday though.

Most of us have been saying that for a year or so now... McInnes eventually gets round to doing it when he’s run out of all other ideas.

Fair play, decent performance and result tonight. We should be playing more attacking lineups and formations against most teams in this league - and trying to play football not hoofball. We’ve all been saying it for ages - I’m not sure we should be applauding mcinnes for doing something most of us would’ve done ages ago. If we go on a decent run I’ll rethink my position but for the time being I’m still not convinced.

Fair play to Considine for that pass to Main.

    Will take any win
Manager off the hook for a few days
Main might have put in decent shift but lets not get to excited about him he is way off want we need in a striker
If we drawn against Celtic and actually beat Killie then DM is fairly safe for a while
He will be one mighty relieved manager
I read he was on 27 thousand a week anyone know if that's correct ?
Credit to all the Dons fans who turned out tonight - Will done lads and ladies brave souls indeed

I tnought Main was pretty good today. Harassing players on the ground, tough in the tackle. His goal was class. Good on him. He also gets an assist for the third as he wiped out Easton and earned the injury time

I get the feeling McInnes will pick Logan over Hernández most of the time which will piss off Cormack and his American chums.

    His two assists were decent

His booking was one of the clumsiest things i have seen this season though
