There’s no need to try and score four every ball we have all day to get these runs if they play sensible cricket but that may be asking to much of this lot
So I is falling short once again

    Root….FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFS🫣🫣😩

F king lazy, stupid attempt at a leg glance.

Then as always, walking off wafting the bat and cursing at yourself.

FFS…..it’s so simple, THAT shot gets Root out so often.

    STOP PLAYING IT FFS.

It really is liking watching the Albion. I am sat here but not really enjoying it, expecting another stupid mistake, when in reality 98 runs should not be a problem with 6 wickets remaining.

I do think we will see this one through, but might be a few more wickets before we do.

It is imperative Stokes stays in now.

Yes mate, just like watching Albion.

Next wicket we lose I’d send Mark Wood to throw the bat and save Bairstow until one position lower.

In fact, I might even save him or Woakes until number 11 so that we have at least one proper batsman left if things get very tight.

Got to lunch with interest still going.....but not hopeful, unless rain comes.

    Never a dull moment.

What this has shown is how foolhardy it was to send Brook in at 3 1st inngs. Got the gig because he was was youngest and no one else wanted it. First time I've seen him bat when he has looked liked a fish out of water

Second only to Lai out get Foakes in

And so it continues. Only Moeen had been 'got out'
