We are short in that department, do you think we could land him?
I imagine he'll get a job somewhere, he's no bad,
He's a winger and they are playing a 3-4-1-2 formation that doesn't suit out & out wingers, hence surplus to requirements.

Safranko free to join the club of his choice. 27 year old, gives 100% every game, loves UTD and we need a striker.

I'd take him but think we need a DM more

Couldn't question his commitment. Was still out scored by Clark that season (as has every striker been apart from in Shankland's epic championship season). Not sure he would be game changer enough to prioritise this above a defensive minded midfielder for me. Wouldn't be upset if he did join though!

Genuine question, not meaning to stir! Why?

Clark scores, has been recurrent top scorer despite playing out of position at times and spending lots of time on the bench. He links play better than Safranko did (only forward that did so against St Mirren, not that that is saying much). Yes less physical and not as good in the air but is that enough? Direct competition with Fletcher, is that the reason and benefit?

Just think Clark struggles too often in his individual battles wether that be strength, height, pace he always seems to lose out. He does have a goal in him though so not a bad player

Get that and agree pace is his biggest limitation.

Clark firmly in the managers plans according to today's press. Had a niggle pre-season which is why he hasn't featured much.
