Job description
The main responsibility is to attract and generate new gym memberships. This includes a variety of activities such as marketing campaigns, outreach within the community, phone calls and in club presentations.
The ideal candidate must have the following skills:
-Driven
-Target orientated (must be able to hit targets)
-Excellent people skills and rapport building
-Motivated (if the club is quiet must be able to use initiative and get out into the community with leaflets, clipboard etc)
-Confident going out into the community to generate new leads.
-Sales or fitness background (preferably both) a?? must have sales experience in a target driven environment
