Did Shabba not say he'd tried to sign Emil Lyng before he signed um

Don't remember him at Hamilton but he's on a deal until the end of the season so nothing to lose. Obviously there's a scarcity of decent well known free agents out there so hopefully he shows a bit of hunger and win himself a longer contract.
