It’s simple,get a new manager with a new team and staff (especially a scout) and we will win big games and Scottish cups.We have been saying that for 20 years and it’s never worked but let’s keep trying anyway.

Only way AFC are going to progress is by removing Milne and his cronies on the board, him and others have way outstayed their welcome. Until that happens expect more of the same and worse. The root of the clubs problems on/off the field for the last 20yrs can mostly be put down to one man.....

Exactly,It’s probably time McInnes moved on but getting rid of him is only papering over the cracks.As long as Milne is here it’s never going to be better than it is now,in fact it’s more likely it will get worse.

We could try looking for players in other countries instead of English lower league numpties. There must be loads of affordable players in places like Scandinavia who are better than some of the shiite we have signed in the last few years.

For every Shay Logan, you can name 4 dross signings from lower leagues in England.
Because their football is way over-rated, players think they can skate it here.
A mixture of Scotland, England, Scandinavia, maybe even the odd Eastern European?
