30 goals in 60 games for a rubbish team is not bad going. He’s got something that none of our other forwards have which is pace. He wouldn’t be in to start ahead if Rooney or May but would provide a different option from the bench, free transfer and probably not big wages.
Not saying I’ll be doing cartwheels if he signs but wouldn’t be throwing the toys out the lean over it either.
