You might be right but he played a total of 4 (four) minutes for the first team.

He's been unfortunate in that previous management signed loads of players that play in his position.
Never got run in first team for whatever reason.
Hope he gets good run and goes on to have good career in the game .

I`m sort of standing up for the Lad, because I saw him play a pre season game v Connahs Quay in Cork a few seasons ago. And he looked the biz. Good attacking midfielder. ( Although obviously Ferguson had " his " position )

I think he also played Right back at some point too ? Again, Shay Logan had that spot.

So like several other youth team players, just right place but wrong time .

See in the depressing journal that we apparently knocked back a £500k bid from some championship club for Ryan Hedges and have offered him a new deal.
Any word on who the championship club was?

Middlesbrough and Blackburn were both being mentioned last week but I’m nae sure who actually put the bid in .

Be good to see him commit to staying for another 2 or 3 years though .
