Please God I'm wrong.
Please God I'm wrong.
Brian Howard on SSN saying he thinks the club will be in a better position to hold on to its better players , maybe even strengthen the squad because he feels players will want to come here with the way we play .
Nowt's changed at this club Brian since you had to leave mate when they wouldn't offer you a good enough new deal .
Everyone loves this club apparently whose ever pulled on that red shirt .
Aye you can tell with how many leave the first chance they get .
It's still 2008 Brian on Grove Street .
Paul has an excellent overall plan not to hold on to its better players Brian but to shrewdly sell wih two years left on contracts.
Gradually building a side is for the dinosaurs. I'm with Paul on this one, it's smart, it's savvy. Everyone's a winner--buying clubs benefit from our development of the player, we benefit from incoming transfer money. We restock with young players to develop. It's seamless. We have Paul to thank for this plan but keep it secret from the rest of football, genius will be copied. Paul should take this business idea onto Dragons Den with a patent. The Dragons would be drooling.
