    What a legend. What he achieved with Dundee United was groundbreaking and will always be special to all Arabs. Amazing times.

    Legend. How rubbish we wont be able to give him the send off he deserves. Maybe official revealing of statue can coincide with when fans are back and we can pay our full respects. He is prob reason I support Dundee United tbh.

    Jim McClean is the man who gave us so many happy times and made my ****age years memorable. Dundee United and Post Punk more than made up for having that Thatcher ruling over us.

    Rarely gets mentioned in the same breath as Fergie Shankly and Stein which is a pity. Would have been interesting to see how he would have got on with a team like Man city , Chelsea etc back in the day. Our gain that he never did though. RIP Sir Jim. 😥

    The biggest legend we will ever have by a mile and a total gentleman in my own experience of him when he was still Utd manager
