We are supposedly considering a £4m bid for a Capri striker, so looks like we've learned nothing this season.

Tbh Clive im not sure that should be relevant. We have too large a squad and too high a wage bill now (the owners opinion, not just mine). Both need slimming so upping some arbitrary limit is meaningless unless and until that happens.

Until a deal is done and papers signed I am not going to believe anything from the rumour mill.

Wolves went from 15th to Prem in one season, so shouldn't that be the challenge?

If we.could replicate their structure around funding, revenue, scouting etc it might be possible, but we can't (not under current ownership amyway, and whilst Radrizzani has made.mistakes at least he has acknowledged them). TBH if we could do most if not all of what I mentioned, I think we would be better for it.

what you have got to realise wtf, is we have an owner who is not here for the long haul or interested in promotion . a bit like gfh who you thought were the bees knees a few years ago

we have an owner who is clueless how the football world works , and what is required to attain promotion. he had the ideal opportunity at the end of last season to build on the squad that was here at that time .

he chose a different option , hired orta and that was the reason monk left , he knew what was coming so he bailed out , this club is not going anywhere with these two at the helm , many fans can see it already , its a case of make do and mend until radrizaani sells up , just like the rest of them before him HE IS JUST HERE TO MAKE MONEY . here endeth the lesson once again .

the fans from the heartlands of this club mrs o, dont treat awaydays like a day out , they were doing it twenty /thirty years ago when it was affordable. the difference now is they are clued up , and dont want to throw money down the drain every season.

buying the programmes and sending photos back , means nothing, when all you are paying for is watching the same garbage on the pitch every season. we want decent owners who want to bring this club success , that is not the case with the current owner or the ones who have been here for the last four**** years.

The post from Mrs O was meant as a piece of light relief, but you just can't resist regurgitating the same stuff in every post can you?

Just give it a rest with the owner etc, ok? None of us can change it, all we can do is offer opinions on what the owner might do (not selling up, not yet at any rate), even I know that.
