Lest not forget we were 2-0 up at Anfield in the League Cup a few years back and the come back kids dragged us into extra time to beat a team 2 leagues below. Were we in tears, no, were we singing, absolutely .. the whole 120 mins !

I loved the fact that Liverpool players and fans showed Barcelona absolutely no respect from the first minute to the last. Every touch by a Barca player was booed. I bet the preening, diving, rolling Nancies aren't used to that. The Messi fanboys in the media won't be ****ing over him tonight.
It's a shame so few people will have seen the game. It would serve those greedy *******s at UEFA right if it was Liverpool v Tottenham in the final and hardly anybody in the UK could watch.
Now that is what you call guts and belief, I wonder what the bookies odds were on Liverpool to qualify before the game?
Sorry didn't see the other thread.

This is why we don't need a European Super League
That's one of your more bizarre offerings, but red wine might do the trick, Sid.
I do dislike the way the media fawns over Messi, who punched Fabinho in the head in the process of his dive to get the free kick he scored from in the first leg. And on another occasion performed a four turn roll that would even have made Neymar ashamed. Presumably Liverpool players felt the same, given the way they treated him.

Andy Robertson shows Lionel Messi no respect as he shoves Barcelona star in the head in the FIRST MINUTE after he complained about a tackle
